How do I log into the stream
Use your username and password provided when taking out the service. Username is usually firstname.secondname. If you have forgotten your password you can reset this here http://stream.livevenue.tv/UserAccount/ResetRequest.

I am logged in but I only see a black screen.
There may be no feed until up to 15 minutes before kick off. If you see this screen during the match please check that your flash player is up to date http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . If you are behind a particularly strict firewall you may also see black, please ask your IT administrator if you are not sure.

I am receiving the error "your account is already in use, or you have failed to logout, please wait 5 minutes before retrying"
If you are seeing this error then another user is using your log in details, the service permits only one user to be logged in per username. Also you may not have logged out of one device when switching to another. If you wait 5 minutes you should be able to log in again.
The stream keeps buffering and stuttering.
Please check your connection speed http://www.speedtest.net ; you should be using a minimum of a 2mbps connection to receive the highest quality stream. On iOS and Android, we recommend using WiFi to connect for the best possible quality. Please bear in mind that when using some devices displaying a 3G connection may still be running a slow as 3G speeds vary.
